I am impatient. Most people who know me personally can attest to this. I may seem quiet and cool but I always pour out my frustrations to those who understand me. Anyway, I try my very best every time. Slowly, I have learned to follow many ways on how to control my anger. First, I acknowledge the emotion by mentioning it out loud. "I'm starting to feel angry."   Whenever I say this to the person I'm talking to, they automatically stop talking. This also helps me breathe and think things through. The worth of zoos (Subic Ocean Adventure and Zoobic Safari)

It has long been a dream of mine to visit a zoo. When I was young, I remembered wishing to visit the Manila Zoo whenever we go to the metro to pick-up relatives in the airport. Time passed and although I do not strongly wish to visit a zoo, I never really completely removed that from my to-do list. Fast forward to this year, I was blessed to have the chance to go on trips to different localities in my country. This actually is my second time to go to an animal sanctuary. The first one was in Davao, as I have featured in my previous blog post (5 Reasons to visit Davao). For this post though, I would like to highlight the pros and cons of zoos and aquariums. Looking back (Part 1)

Calle Crisologo, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, Philippines 2018 Perhaps one of the most popular places in the Philippines, especially in the North, is the Ilocos Region. This region offers a whole lot of things, from art museums to adventure sports, delicious delicacies and friendly people, you name it, they have it. This is my 3rd time to visit this city and every time I come here, I discover and learn new things. My trip here was like my other trips before. I was only able to spend a day there so I tried my best to be as productive as I could. I went there with my colleagues and of course my buddy, Yza. It was her first time to go here. We left Tarlac at around 3:30 AM and arrived in Ilocos Sur at 6:30 AM. Our first stop was supposed to be the public market in Vigan.
