New Experiments and some updates!

Online shopping has captured the hearts of millennials and try as I might avoid its temptation, I still end up getting hooked. Every now and then, I check for flash deals and other things. Even if I do not really have something in mind that I need or want to buy, I feel satisfaction whenever I browse and check the products available online. A few weeks ago, my ever-loving hubby bought us a new phone. Since January, I couldn't use a phone to check things online because my previous phone died. I was only active online when I get to spend my free time at work surfing the internet using my PC. But now, I have a phone. Of course, I resisted the urge to download apps that were distracting me from work and actual life. However, I failed. So yeah. Maybe some of you already know that I recently got into gardening and stuff like that. Yes, I actually looked for gardening stuff online. I enjoyed looking at the different kinds of plants and seeds I can actually order online. As a result, I

They say it's important to pamper and treat yourself once a while. Well, just a few days ago, I did, I mean, we did just that. For a wedding present, we received some Spatify (yes, it is a spa) gift certificates from our colleagues. These were worth a total of one-thousand five hundred pesos. It was roughly 2 months ago when we tied the knot so we had to use these gift certificates before they expire. As written on the papers, these certificates will expire on April 26th. Due to work conflict (and poor memory), we weren't able to avail for a massage service. Finally, after some time and a whole lot of rescheduling, we were able to make time to get a body massage. So, on a Sunday late afternoon, we gave ourselves the pampering we badly needed. The spa is located near a mall in Rosales, Pangasinan. It is just a 15-minute car ride from where we live. It's not our first time to get a body massage but it was definitely our first time to go to that massage parlor. As a memory

#Squadgoals : Star City Invasion

Last Month, on the 17th of March to be exact, I and my friends went to Star City. It was a somewhat planned trip to celebrate friendship and my toddler's moving-up party. The tickets were bought by out friend Jam, who is now working in the Metro as a call center agent, I think online at a discounted rate. (Check Metrodeal.com) I have no clue on how much each of the tickets' worth since it was our friend's treat for us. We, on the other hand, rented a van as our transportation going to Manila. We were lucky to find a van rental for 6 thousand pesos and since there were nine of us in the group, we didn't break our wallets for the fare. I brought along my two kids, Yza and Johan. Before the trip, I decided to hype Yza up by searching for videos of people enjoying their stay in Star City and also this is for me to check if there are rides available for kids like her. Unfortunately, Joan, being just 6 months old that time, was not allowed to ride anything in the theme park

Yesterday, we went to a public school located in a place called Anao. This place is not a well-known area but locals know it as a place where "Ylang-ylang" trees are abundant. If you're a Filipino, you surely know the significance of this tree. Many Filipinos most definitely have a faint memory of seeing ylang-ylang hung up on the mirrors of public jeepneys or small statues of saints like the Sto. Nino and other religious stuff. Anyway, as I have already mentioned, we went to a public school where my mother-in-law teaches and gives Sunday service. When we arrived in front of the school, I decided not to stay in our car and to go and look around the school for I know that public schools in the Philippines are mandated to have their own vegetable and medicinal plant garden. To my surprise, the school was bright and full of colors that are actually pleasing to the eyes. My little toddler was also excited to see different kinds of plants potted in themed clay pots.
